Witch Arkenia is located at the [[Altar of Rites]] in [[Dark Elf]] territory.  She holds the Seed of Lunacy which is needed for a [[Dark Elf]] mystic to change to a [[Dark Elf Wizard]].  She can also make the scarlet ink needed to scribe the [[Book of Abyss]]. Her sister, Witch [[Varika]] stands beside her at the altar.
