Uruha is located near the waterfall by the [[Swampland]] between the [[Neutral Zone]] and [[Dark Elf]] territories.  The [[Elves]] accuse her of being a Priestess that invaded the forest with Black Willow spirits.  Uruha however claims to be devoted to bringing the truth of [[Gran Kain]] and [[Shilen]] to light.  She holds the Book of Darkness.
