He had a home and a family near the waterfall and one day when he was repairing the roof, an [[Elven]] militia corps swarmed in and slaughtered his entire family, while he watched, hidden above the house. His family was tossed into the [[Swampland]] and left to rot. He feels a terrible burden of guilt for hiding in terror during the massacre.
