Perrin tried to pass off Allana as a Saint that could work miracles. He knew she needed money to cure her sick brother so he had a perfect excuse to hold the money over her head to do what he wanted. He tends to spawn monsters on adventurers that question his tactics however. At first he spawns Tamil then later on spawns the brother of Tamil called Tatoma. Later on he suggests that Allana was the one who decided to run the scam in the first place.
