Lionel
Lionell is located near the Elven Ruins on Talking Island. He was once a priest but gave up his profession to write about his personal understanding of miracles as they occur beyond the positions of priest or prophet. The church designated his book as forbidden so he was forced to hide his final copy with Grand Magister Gallint.
