Dawn Witness Franz is a Bishop affiliated with the Einhasad Temple in Giran. Originally born as a son of a merchant family he had obtained at the age of 6 years the "Revelation of the Existence of Light". When he talked about this with members of the clergy he was recognized as being possessed by an amazing religious passion. Having studied the theoretical foundations of the Einhasad religion he was ordained as a Bishop at a young age. Franz performed a number of miracles like resurrecting dead knights who had fallen on the battlefield, and now he is leading a religious organization variously known as "Shining Dawn" or "Priests of Dawn" which expects from their members that they are willing to sacrifice themselves for the holy cause at any time, becoming martyrs for Einhasad. Always keeping a benign smile on his face he is secretly chuckling about all those people who have no idea of the secrets hidden behind that gracious mask.
